About Us
The current Board of Trustees of the Anambra State Security Trust Fund was instituted on the 13th of September,2019 by the immediate past Governor of Anambra State Chief Dr. Willie Mmaduaburochukwu Obiano for the first four year term. This was in accordance with the provisions of Anambra State Security Trust Fund law 2010 and Anambra State Security Trust Fund law 2018 as amended.

AWhat we do with Funds
Ndi Anambra and, in fact, every citizen of Nigeria have yearned for the opportunity to reside in a society that is free from danger and well-protected. Historically, the responsibility for the high crime rate in the nation has been attributed to the security forces, with a particular focus on the Police. Nonetheless, the discoveries made by Chief Chidi Anyaegbu’s Security Committee have unveiled that the shortcomings in crime prevention ultimately come down to a single factor: inadequate financial support.
Therefore, the funds donated to ANSSTF from private corporations and individuals go towards providing basic equipment to the security agencies operating in and around Anambra State
